The closeness of the palace to the fumes of E reached the innermost fragments of E faster than she was able to adapt, and she started to stumble forward out of her body, pausing to allow her body to catch up. This would be the reality of E close to something, as opposed to nothing. The queue of somebodies and nobodies came into focus around her, rising from the floor like reverse raindrops of flesh and being. E felt her body dissolve into the line, a line of elsewhere flowing toward a point of something, the sorcerer moving in zero dimensions, a hole in the continuity that her asymptotical existence would soon eclipse.

No longer anywhere but in there, E felt the somebody two bodies in front of her breathe new life into elsewhere, and the nobody directly in front of her directly afterward. The somebody corresponded to a flash of light in the form of an illuminated cloud of elsewhere that expanded in her view and dissipated as an afterimage. The nobody, on the other hand, corresponded to the particles of elsewhere that flowed between, a static background noise. As E experienced, she felt them shift, nobodies becoming somebodies and somebodies becoming nobodies as they became accustomed to their new lives in elsewhere, and she reflected on this in the mirror made of here as the sorcerer of there prepared.

The sorcerer may have asked a question or delivered a warning, but E was moving with the deafness and blindness of thousands of somebodies and nobodies in a presence that could only end in moving through, and so E approached something, moving toward the exchanging forms of dark stars and bright nebulas in the freely flowing fountain of elsewhere.
